We are thrilled and excited to announce that Scott Baldwin is joining our nForm team! We want to extend our warmest welcome and introduce Scott to our friends, colleagues, clients, and community:

Scott has a passion for understanding the intersection between people and interaction and loves working with clients and internal teams to deliver compelling user-centered projects that are easy-to-use, extend brands online, drive revenue and customer and end-user satisfaction.

Prior to working at nForm, Scott was the Director of Information Architecture at Critical Mass and a User Experience Consultant at HabaƱero Consulting Group where he helped shape the strategic user experience direction, interaction design, planning, and delivery of interactive projects for clients including AT&T, Best Buy, USAA, Adidas, and Nissan/Infinity, Canadian Pacific, Government of Saskatchewan, City of Calgary, Energy Resources Conservation Board, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Boston Pizza, and Deeley Harley-Davidson.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott spent a number of years in financial services where he helped develop the user experience concept for MemberDirect Integrated, an online banking platform now used by hundreds of Canadian credit unions, and also taught in the Interactive Media program at the Vancouver Film School.

A well-known participant in the user experience community, Scott is an active member of the following organizations: Web Analytics Association, Calgary UX, Vancouver User Experience Group, Interaction Design Association, Information Architecture Institute and the Association of Internet Marketing and Sales.

Scott holds an Diploma in Music from Grant MacEwan College and an Award of Achievement in Web Analytics from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Scott can be found playing drums, running, cycling, and enjoying time with his family.
