I just wrapped up a new screencast on how we synchronize Kiiro, our SharePoint collaboration application with Microsoft Project. Have a look (it's only five minutes long):

Dennis designed the Project plug-in and Stefan implemented it. I love how they've taken something that seems like it should be complicated--two-way synchronization between MS Project and a SharePoint list--and made it simple and seamless. It just works.
