One of the speakers at CanUX that I'm excited about is Brandon Schauer, Experience Design Director at Adaptive Path. Brandon is co-author of "Subject to Change", the book that Don Norman calls: "...the one perfect book that summarizes the essence of modern product design." Now that's an endorsement!
Brandon is a purveyor of interesting ideas on many fronts, from approaches to building customer loyalty (The Long Wow), to techniques for building faster, more creative design solutions (Sketchboards).
