I've been invited to share some thoughts as a keynote speaker at the Italian IA Summit in Trento, Italy on November 16-17. It looks like a great lineup is coming together there...I'm excited to see what else is on tap.
I'll be speaking about the Business of Experience, sharing thoughts on business fluency and how user experience practitioners can increase their influence in the organizations they work with.
