I just published an article called Social Software Building Blocks that covers some of the research I did for my recent IA Summit workshop. It looks at the seven building blocks of a social software system and features a nifty honeycomb diagram. (The honeycomb is the new Venn.)

Rashmi's slides are available on SlideShare. Thomas hasn't published his yet, but you can interpolate by looking at some of his recent decks.

I was really pleased with the workshop, and I got great feedback from the participants. We may run it again in the fall... I'll post something when I know more.
