Heather McGaw has a passion for creating artifacts and experiences that positively influence, alter and support human behavior.
Having recently earned her Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design at the Ontario College of Art and Design, she completed a thesis focused on participatory learning environments.
Concurrent to this project, she participated in a design practicum with the Rotman School of Management's Designworks to create an innovative user experience and business strategy for a client in the healthcare sector.
Following graduation she co-founded a multidisciplinary studio in Toronto called Joe and Josephine, with a focus on design that considers human beings and their complex relationships with objects. She was also involved with projects for Architecture For Humanity, Toronto.
Recently returning to her native Edmonton as a User Experience Consultant at nForm, Heather continues to follow her passion for user experience, collaboration, and user centered design.
